    Our Mission

    At CoreHRT PLLC, our mission is to provide exceptional telehealth services focused on hormone optimization, GLP-1 and peptide therapies. We are dedicated to improving the health and wellness of our clients by getting to the CORE of the problem and not treating symptoms.

    Initial visits are $300 and are only to establish with CoreHRT for lab request slip for initiation of therapies later on.  Labs and medications are not covered in this fee.  Follow up visit to review labs and prescribe medications are $200.  These are also required at 3 months and then again biannually if stable on a specific medication.  Annually patients can expect to spend approximately $900-1100 on visits.  Labs and medications are in addition to this and are offered by 3rd party vendors.  Most patients can expect to spend approximately $1500-2000 annually depending on medications.

    Not at this time, all visits are cash pay but are FSA/HSA eligible and must be paid prior to appointment.

    Patients will book their initial appointment and upload a recent progress note from their primary care provider (PCP) that is less than 6 months old for continuity of care.  This note must show vital signs and all medications the patient is currently prescribed as well as any ongoing health conditions.

    Generally no, however we understand the cost of healthcare today and will try to make every accommodation for our patients.  This can be discussed at the first visit.  We do collaborate with some local providers in the Northwest Michigan area to help with this. 

    Your results are forwarded directly to you and to us, in about a week.  Once you have them you can book an appointment that works for you on our website.  This is generally within a week or two.
